US futures edge higher on PayPal bid and earnings news
U.S. stock index futures rose on Wednesday as investors processed a wave of corporate earnings and reports of a 53 billion dollar takeover offer for PayPal. BlackRock shares gained after exceeding profit expectations while markets awaited producer inflation data and further congressional testimony from Fed Chair Kevin Warsh.
