Judge Dismisses iCloud Child Abuse Material Lawsuit
A federal judge in California dismissed a proposed class action lawsuit seeking up to 32.8 billion dollars in damages from Apple. The court ruled that Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act shields the company from liability regarding content created and shared by its platform users.
