Russia destroyed $1 million in humanitarian aid during a missile strike on a Ukraine warehouse on Wednesday. The attack in Dnipro killed two people and destroyed emergency shelter materials and hygiene kits. This marks the first time a facility belonging to the UN refugee agency has been targeted during the conflict.
