TOYOTA MOTOR CORP is recalling 228,367 vehicles in the United States over unsecured seat backs, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said on Tuesday morning. The safety action follows regulatory findings regarding potential structural failures during frontal collisions. Owners face increased injury risks if the affected seats disengage from their locked positions.
