The company confirmed on Friday that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with a special purpose acquisition vehicle to facilitate the move.
The transaction involves a merger with Roman DBDR Acquisition Corp. II, which is already publicly traded. The parties expect to complete the merger in the second half of 2026, leading to a listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
