T-Mobile Lifts Yearly Outlook After Upbeat Results
The carrier increased its 2026 forecast to over 1 million net account additions. Competitive pricing and bundled streaming services helped beat analyst estimates.
T-MOBILE US INC raised its 2026 postpaid net account addition forecast to a range of 950,000 to 1.05 million. The United States carrier previously expected 900,000 to 1 million additions for the year. Strong account growth signals that bundling streaming services effectively offsets saturation in the domestic wireless market.
First-quarter postpaid net account additions reached 217,000, beating Visible Alpha estimates of 193,236. Total revenue for the period rose to $23.11 billion, exceeding the $22.97 billion predicted by LSEG data. T-MOBILE US INC stopped reporting individual phone subscriber additions this quarter to focus on account-level growth.
