Switzerland CHCH reiterated on Feb. 23, 2026, that it is pursuing a legally binding trade agreement with the United States USUS to finalize a preliminary deal reached in late 2025. This binding agreement is intended to provide Swiss companies with essential legal certainty and establish a durable tariff framework between the two countries.
