Swiss Gruyere Producers Cut Output Over US Tariffs

Swiss cheesemakers have reduced Gruyere production by 5% to maintain price stability after U.S. import tariffs reached 12.5% this year. While the U.S. market accounts for 13% of sales, producers are now seeking new global markets to offset the decline in American demand.
