Shareholders of AB SA have officially authorized a series of resolutions to pursue a dual listing in the United States. The decision, announced on Thursday, is part of a strategic effort by the luggage manufacturer to attract a broader range of investors and enhance share liquidity.
Currently listed in Hong Kong, the company owns a variety of prominent travel brands, including Tumi and American Tourister. The firm had previously noted that the new listing would likely be facilitated through American depositary shares, a move intended to bridge its operations with global financial markets.
