Vladimir Lisin Sells Volga Shipping to Demetra Affiliates

Steel magnate Vladimir Lisin has sold Volga Shipping to companies linked with agricultural logistics group Demetra. The deal for the Sea of Azov operator was reportedly finalized before recent drone attacks restricted commercial shipping in the region.
