Russia's services sector stalled in October as the S&P Global Russia Services PMI Business Activity Index fell to 50.1 from 51.3 in September. The reading marks a near-stagnation, sitting just above the 50-point threshold separating expansion from contraction. Economic uncertainty weighed heavily on domestic and international demand during the month.
