Russia struck five cargo vessels in Ukraine and two logistics hubs on Tuesday, according to defense officials. The strikes targeted vessels in the port of Reni and near Odesa, alongside facilities in Volyn and Khmelnitskiy. The attacks threaten vital Black Sea shipping lanes used for agricultural exports.
