Russia Hits Ukrainian Energy Grid
Russia launched an overnight attack targeting Ukrainian electricity facilities, power plants, and port infrastructure. The defence ministry stated the targets supplied military factories, while cargo ships carrying dual-use goods were also hit.

Russia struck electricity grid facilities across three regions in an overnight attack, targeting infrastructure supplying power to military factories. The assault hit four power plants and two substations in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv areas, according to the Russian Defence Ministry on Tuesday. The strikes escalate energy infrastructure targeting in the ongoing conflict with Ukraine. Energy grid disruptions directly impact industrial output and regional power stability for investors tracking regional supply chains.
