Russia is evaluating joint investment projects involving both the United States and China. Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), confirmed the fund is exploring specific projects that integrate American and Chinese participation, according to Russian state media on Wednesday. Dmitriev, who serves as Putin's special envoy, noted these initiatives are currently under review within the RDIF framework.
