RENAULT SA's low-cost brand Dacia will manufacture its revamped Spring electric vehicle in Europe starting at €17,900 ($20,821), bypassing tariffs on imports from China. The move aims to revive sales after local subsidy rules excluded models built outside Europe. Dacia missed out on an EV surge in France, where market share reached 38% over the summer.
