Poste Italiane Secures 66.6 Percent Stake in TIM
Poste Italiane has acquired a 66.6 percent stake in Telecom Italia following its state-backed takeover offer. The bid valued the former phone monopoly at roughly 13 billion euros. The offer period will reopen later this month.
