Pentagon awards Oracle 7 billion dollar software contract

The Pentagon has signed a ten-year agreement with Oracle to consolidate on-premises software licenses into a single enterprise contract. This initiative aims to save taxpayers 441 million dollars by eliminating fragmented purchasing across the military and intelligence services.
