The Panama Canal will name shortlisted bidders for two new container terminal projects by the end of the year, Administrator Ilya Espino said on Wednesday. The expansion advances a tender process linked to one of the world's primary trade corridors. Existing trans-shipment capacity is tight, underpinning the push for broader logistics investments.
