Oil Prices Rise Following US and Iran Strikes in Gulf
Brent crude climbed 0.8% to $72.57 a barrel on Monday after renewed military strikes between the U.S. and Iran slowed energy shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. Analysts warn that damaged infrastructure and tanker backlogs may delay a full recovery of Persian Gulf oil supply until the end of the year.
