Nvidia and Amkor sign 1.5 billion dollar packaging deal
Amkor Technology signed a multi-year agreement with Nvidia to expand advanced semiconductor packaging and test capacity in the United States. The partnership includes a prepayment from Nvidia to support operations in Arizona as the companies develop new technologies for AI and accelerated computing platforms.
