NSE expects diversification into non-options businesses to dilute weekly trading revenue share, as India's largest exchange targets up to $46.26B in valuation. The bourse cut its IPO size by over 15% amid weaker price expectations from key investors. The offering follows large domestic share sales, trailing upcoming deals from Reliance Industries Limited and Hyundai Motor India Ltd in 2024.
