Microsoft Corp plans to acquire 70 acres of land in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, to expand its regional data center operations. The site previously housed a distribution center operated by United Natural Foods Inc that closed in March. The expansion follows the completion of Microsoft's first hyperscale facility in adjacent Mount Pleasant, where a second center is currently under construction.
