Michigan Voters Prepare for State Elections
Michigan voters head to the polls for statewide elections deciding the governor, legislature control, and ballot proposals. Citizens will also vote on congressional seats, judicial positions, and local measures.
Michigan voters will choose a new governor, U.S. senator, and local officials across 13 congressional districts on Tuesday, November 3. The midterm ballot also decides control of the state Legislature and features two statewide proposals. These contests will reshape leadership across the United States industrial Midwest following eight years under outgoing Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
