Mexico Deploys 1500 Troops to Restore Avocado Exports

Mexico has sent 1,557 soldiers and National Guard members to Michoacan to protect packing facilities and transport routes following a U.S. suspension of avocado inspections. President Claudia Sheinbaum is coordinating with the U.S. Embassy to ensure the safety of inspectors and resume trade.
