Wendy's Co franchisee Meritage Hospitality Group has closed multiple locations across United States, cutting a dozen restaurants down to 12 in the Oklahoma City metro. The closures follow a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing on September 17. Meritage reported $651 million in liabilities against $725.9 million in assets.
