Luxembourg to Host European Base of New Defence Bank

Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that Luxembourg will serve as the European headquarters for a new Canada-based multilateral defence bank. The institution aims to raise 135 billion dollars to fund military projects and support small firms amid rising demand for equipment.
