Ken Kelly Rescues Kelly Roofing
Former owner Ken Kelly bought back Kelly Roofing's debt to rescue the business after its private equity owner collapsed. He is now focused on restoring operations and repairing customer trust in Southwest Florida.

Ken Kelly bought back Kelly Roofing for an undisclosed sum in late summer, rescuing the Florida business after its private equity owner collapsed. The family-run company had reached $63M in annual revenue before its sale to Monument MicroCap Partners in 2020. The intervention prevents total liquidation across the United States market footprint, where suppliers had placed construction liens on homes.
