JPMorgan Chase & Co. has appointed Firdaus Pohowalla as a managing director to bolster its North America mid-cap mergers and acquisitions (M&A) division. According to an internal memo, Pohowalla will join a specialized unit that currently includes more than 250 bankers focused on serving mid-sized enterprises and investors.
