Rengo, the nation's largest labor union umbrella group representing seven million members, reported that its initial tally shows an average wage hike of 5.26% for the current year. This figure follows an initial reading of 5.46% from the previous year, which was eventually finalized at 5.25%, marking the most significant pay rise in 34 years.
