The gas engine manufacturer plans to raise up to $2.03 billion by offering 75 million shares priced between $24 and $27. This listing provides investors a "picks and shovels" play on the infrastructure required to sustain the global data center buildout.
### Fueling the Data Center Buildout Germany-based Innio produces gas engines under the Jenbacher and Waukesha brands, focusing on critical infrastructure. The firm has seen annual data center equipment orders grow 16-fold between 2020 and 2025. This growth follows a 2018 deal where Advent International carved out the distributed power business of GENERAL ELECTRIC for $3.25 billion.
