Indian shares rose during Friday morning trade, driven by a rebound in technology stocks and strong corporate earnings that offset rising energy costs. The benchmark Nifty 50 added 0.24% to 22,987.40, while the Sensex rose 0.25% to 74,332.39. Both benchmarks are on track to snap a two-month losing streak with gains of 1.6% and 2.5% respectively for October.
