India's National Stock Exchange reported a 23% jump in second-quarter profit on Tuesday, helped by higher cash market trading volumes in its first results since going public. Both revenue and profit declined from the preceding quarter following the introduction of a closing auction session in August. The debut earnings report valued the dominant exchange operator at nearly $47 billion.
