India Names Kompella Venkata Ramana Murty to SEBI Board

The government of India has appointed Kompella Venkata Ramana Murty as a whole-time member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). According to a government notice released late Tuesday, Murty will serve in this capacity for a period of three years.
