ICICI Prudential AMC Gets RBI Nod for Bank Stakes

India's central bank has granted ICICI Prudential AMC approval to acquire up to 9.95 percent stakes in four lenders including Kotak Mahindra Bank. The asset manager must complete the passive portfolio investments within one year.
