Hy24 and COFIDES have partnered with Moeve to acquire a combined 29 percent stake in the Onuba renewable hydrogen project in southern Spain. The facility aims to become Europe largest green hydrogen development backed by substantial EU subsidies.

Clean hydrogen fund Hy24 and Spain's COFIDES acquired a combined 29% stake in Moeve's Onuba green hydrogen project on Wednesday afternoon.
The investment replaces a previously planned stake by the United Arab Emirates's Masdar. Moeve retains a 51% majority in the venture, alongside minority partners including ENAGAS SA} Renovable and Alter Enersun.
