Hungary Prime Minister Peter Magyar begins a two-day diplomatic tour of Poland on Tuesday to reset European Union relations. The visit follows Magyar's landslide election victory in April over nationalist leader Viktor Orban, a result Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk portrayed as a blow to authoritarian rule and part of a shift in Central European politics away from eurosceptic nationalism. The shift aims to unblock billions in frozen EU funds and diversify energy supplies away from Russian dependence.
