BlackRock is replacing WCAS as Humana's partner in a joint venture owning nearly 150 senior primary care clinics in a 2.8 billion dollar deal. Humana's CenterWell will retain a minority stake and continue operating the clinics, with the transaction expected to close in the fourth quarter.
