The leading telecommunications provider in Greece announced a 2.3% rise in adjusted core earnings for the fourth quarter, bolstered by significant growth in mobile services and record-breaking demand for fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure. The company, OTE, reported adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) of 351.1 million euros, an increase from 343.1 million euros recorded in the prior year.
Key performance indicators for the quarter included: - Mobile service revenue growth of 5.2%. - A record 60,000 new post-paid mobile subscribers. - FTTH connections reaching 567,000, with 58,000 new additions. - Fibre infrastructure now reaching 2.1 million homes.
