Global equity markets retreated slightly on Friday as investors took a pause following a significant rally driven by artificial intelligence. Despite the daily decline, major indices remained near record levels and were on track to finish February with overall gains. The NVIDIA Corporation saw its shares fall 1.6%, extending losses from the previous session. In the United States, the S&P 500 declined 0.66%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 1.25% and the Nasdaq Composite shed 0.84%.
