UNIPER SE set an annual dividend growth target of 7% on Friday morning, paving the way for an initial public offering as Germany seeks to reduce its stake. The utility was rescued during the European energy crisis with a €13.5B ($15.1B) bailout in 2022. The state's exit could value the company at up to €14B, ranking it among the largest European utility transactions in recent years.
