Vincorion Targets Frankfurt IPO in First Half of 2026
The German defence specialist announced plans for a Frankfurt listing in the first half of 2026. Revenue rose to 240 million euros last year as orders grew.
The German defense and mission-critical power specialist Vincorion is preparing for an initial public offering on the Frankfurt stock exchange, aiming to list within the first half of 2026. The company, headquartered in Germany, is seeking to tap into heightened investor interest in the defense technology sector. Formerly a subsidiary of Jenoptik AG, Vincorion manufactures specialized components for NATO-linked defense programs, including emergency power generators for the Eurofighter Typhoon and stabilization systems that maintain the accuracy of tank guns while in motion. Its products are integral to several high-profile platforms, including armored vehicles and air defense systems such as the IRIS-T and Patriot. Financial performance has shown strong momentum, with revenue reaching approximately 240 million euros in 2025, an increase from 200 million euros the year prior. The company currently holds a fixed order backlog of about 435 million euros, driven by a surge in demand for power electronics and land-based systems. In response to this growth, Vincorion has been expanding its production capacity to ensure it can meet the rising requirements of its global defense partners.
