German broker Scalable Capital now allows clients to use AI chatbots like ChatGPT and Claude for trading and portfolio analysis. The move marks a European first as the firm prepares for broader artificial intelligence adoption.
Scalable Capital allowed its 1 million clients to execute trades and analyze portfolios using AI chatbots on Tuesday morning. The new service marks a European banking first, expanding account access alongside traditional apps. Scalable manages more than €60 billion in assets across Germany and Austria as well as Italy, Spain, France, and the Netherlands.
