GENERALI will acquire a 9.9% stake in Spain's Banco de Crédito Cooperativo for €150M. The deal deepens the insurer's 22-year bancassurance partnership with Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar. The transaction will run through Generali Spain's investment portfolio with zero impact on solvency.
