GM to Demolish Former Pontiac Division Headquarters

General Motors has started the demolition of its former Pontiac division headquarters as part of a strategy to optimize its real estate footprint. The 300,000-square-foot building has remained vacant since 2020 and will be cleared for future site improvements.
