France opens tender for 10 GW of offshore wind projects

France is launching a major tender for 10 gigawatts of offshore wind capacity split between fixed-bottom and floating technologies. The projects aim to boost national capacity to 15 gigawatts by 2035 with winners to be selected in early 2027.
