France is holding talks with four unnamed investors to acquire technical assets of ammunition maker Les Forges de Tarbes. The shell supplier entered receivership this week following severe liquidity pressures. The firm supplies artillery parts for Germany-based KNDS to equip Ukraine amid the Russia conflict.
