MeiG Smart Technology Co., Ltd, a Shenzhen-based provider of wireless communication modules and smart Internet of Things (IoT) terminals, is targeting a raise of up to HK$1.01 billion. The firm is offering 35 million H-shares with a price cap of HK$28.86. Its filing indicates that the funds will be allocated toward product development, supply chain optimization, and general working capital requirements. Rounding out the group is Alsco Pooling Service, a reusable-packaging service provider seeking up to HK$285 million. The company is offering 20.3 million shares at a maximum price of HK$14.00 each to fund network expansion and technology upgrades. Market debuts are scheduled for March 9 for Zhaowei, Estun, and Alsco, while MeiG is expected to list on March 10.
