Forbright Bank Valued at 900 Million Dollars in IPO

Forbright shares closed slightly higher in their Nasdaq debut after raising 142 million dollars in the first U.S. bank IPO of the year. Led by former Representative John Delaney, the Maryland-based lender reached a market value of nearly 900 million dollars despite pricing at the low end of its range.
