FireFly Robotics has filed for a Nasdaq direct listing under the symbol FFLY. The autonomous equipment maker plans to allow existing stockholders to sell up to 27.1 million shares.

FireFly Robotics filed for a Nasdaq direct listing on Wednesday afternoon, offering up to 27.1 million shares without raising new capital. The Salt Lake City, United States-based autonomous equipment maker follows previous market debuts from firms such as Ionic Digital. Direct listings allow existing shareholders to sell their holdings directly on public exchanges without issuing new stock or diluting equity.
