Euro zone manufacturing activity rose in October as the PMI dipped slightly to 52.7 from 52.9 in September, remaining above expansion thresholds. The reading exceeded the preliminary estimate of 52.4, driven by resilient output despite ongoing geopolitical headwinds. Sustained growth increases pressure on the ECB to raise interest rates further to combat rising input costs.
